4×6 is the safe default for boxes; 3×4 and 4×4 slip into poly mailers and small cartons without folding.
What should the card actually say?
One job per card. A discount code for second purchase, a review ask with QR, or a referral offer — brands that pick one see it convert.
Can you ship straight to my 3PL?
Yes — bundled, labeled by SKU, with your PO number on the carton. Add the 3PL address at checkout like any other address.
