About this product

X-Frame Banners

An X-frame banner is the lightest way to put a full-height graphic in a room. A slim folding X-shaped support opens like a pair of scissors, the printed vinyl hooks onto its four arms by eyelets, and the tension of the frame pulls the banner flat. Set-up takes under a minute and needs no tools, no wall and no weights.

The trade-off against a retractable banner is worth stating plainly, because they suit different jobs. An X-frame is lighter, cheaper and packs smaller — the whole thing goes in a slim carry bag you can take on the train. A retractable is sturdier and protects the print inside its cassette between events. If the banner lives in a car boot and works every weekend, buy retractable; if it travels by hand, works indoors, and needs to be cheap enough to reprint per campaign, X-frame wins.

Printed on 13oz matte vinyl at 23.6×63 inches — a tall portrait format that reads across a room without dominating a doorway. Matte is deliberate: these are usually used indoors under hard downlights, and a gloss surface throws glare straight back at the people you are trying to reach. Grommets at all four corners are included, and you can order the banner with or without the stand, so you buy the frame once and reprint only the vinyl.

Because the print is the cheap part, this is the banner to change often. A human proofs the artwork at full scale first, with particular attention to the bottom third, which in a crowded room is usually hidden behind people. Next-business-day production.

Ways to use them

What people actually print these for

01

Shop doorway and in-store promo

Light enough to move around the floor as displays change, cheap enough to print a new one for every promotion.

02

Conference and seminar rooms

Flanking a stage or beside a registration desk. Two X-frames cost less than one modular display and travel in a shoulder bag.

03

Reprint per campaign

Own one stand, order vinyl only for each new message. Seasonal campaigns then cost print money instead of hardware money.

04

Recruitment and open days

Schools, clinics and agencies putting a friendly face in a corridor for a day, then folding it away.

05

Restaurant and cafe promotions

Set lunch, new menu, happy hour — standing just inside the door where people decide whether to sit down.

06

Sponsor visibility at events

Cheap enough that a sponsor can supply several for different rooms, and light enough for one volunteer to place them all.
