Privacy Policy

Priiint is a printing company. We collect the minimum we need to print your job, take your money, and get the box to your door. We do not sell your data, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

What we collect

Order information. Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses. We need the phone number because carriers require it for delivery exceptions.

Your artwork. The print files you upload. These are stored so our prepress team can proof them and our print partner can produce them.

Payment information. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout page and are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive only a confirmation, the amount, and the last four digits.

Technical information. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.

Things stored in your browser. Your cart is kept in your own browser’s local storage so it survives a page refresh. It stays on your device until you check out or clear it — it is not a tracking cookie and it is not sent anywhere until you choose to check out. See our Cookie Choices page.

What we do with it

• Produce, proof, and ship your order.
• Email you proofs, order updates, and shipping notifications.
• Answer your questions when you contact support.
• Prevent fraud and keep the site running.
• Meet tax and accounting obligations.

We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the companies required to fulfil your order, and only what they need:

• Our print production partner — receives your artwork, product specifications, and shipping address to produce and ship the job.
• Stripe — processes payments. Their privacy terms govern the card data you enter on their page.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and stores uploaded artwork files.
• Shipping carriers — receive the delivery address and phone number.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy Canadian tax requirements. Uploaded artwork is kept for 12 months so reorders and reprints are effortless, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your artwork sooner — email us and we will confirm when it is gone.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), and comparable laws elsewhere, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@priiint.com and a human replies — usually the same business day, and always within 30 days. If we cannot delete something (an invoice we are legally required to keep, for instance), we will tell you exactly what and why.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS everywhere. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. Artwork is stored with unguessable random file names. No system is perfect, but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small — the safest data is the data we never collected.

Children

This is a business-to-business printing service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing orders will be emailed to you.
