16pt Thank-You Cards
The card that rides in every box you ship — sized for inserts, priced for every order.
16pt Thank-You Cards
Every package you ship gets opened. Not most — every one. There is no other advertising placement with a guaranteed open rate, no algorithm deciding whether it is seen, and no cost per impression beyond the card itself, because you have already paid to ship the box. A thank-you card in the parcel is the cheapest retention channel in ecommerce, and it is the one most brands still leave empty.
These are cut to insert-friendly sizes from 3×4 up to 5×7, so they slip into a poly mailer or sit flat on top of tissue in a box without folding. 16pt gives them enough spine to feel like a card rather than a flyer — the difference between something a customer sets aside and something that goes straight in the recycling with the packaging.
Matte is the finish to choose if anyone will write on them; a real signature or a handwritten first name is the highest-converting thing you can add to an insert, and matte takes ink cleanly. UV gloss is the finish for a bold offer or product photography that needs to shout from inside a box. One side or both — the back is where the discount code, QR and referral ask usually live.
If you ship through a fulfilment centre, use the bundling option: cards arrive banded or shrink-wrapped in counted packs of 25, 50 or 100, so your 3PL can drop them into the pick line without counting anything. We can ship straight to their door with your PO on the carton. Human-proofed, next-day production available, free reprints as always.
What people actually print these for
Second-order discount
One code, one deadline, one line of copy. The single highest-return insert there is, because it reaches someone at the exact moment they are happiest with you.
The review ask with a QR
Point it straight at your review page. Asking in the box, while the product is literally in their hands, beats an email sent three days later.
Refer-a-friend pair
Two cards, and copy that tells the customer to give one away. Word of mouth, minus the referral software subscription.
Care and usage instructions
For candles, skincare, plants and apparel, the insert that prevents a misuse complaint pays for itself in support time alone.
The subscription box note
A different card each month explaining what is inside and why. It turns a recurring delivery into something that feels curated rather than automated.
The apology card
Keep a small stack for orders that go wrong. A printed card with a handwritten line and a code recovers more customers than a refund alone.
If it's not right, it's free.
Color off? Cut crooked? Doesn't feel right in your hand? One email and we reprint it free — no photo evidence, no return shipping, no debate.
