Terms of Service
Last updated August 18, 2026
These terms cover your use of priiint.com and any order you place with us. They are written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you order.
1. Who we are
Priiint is a print service for business owners, operating from Canada. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
2. Placing an order
You configure a product, upload artwork, and pay. Payment starts the job but nothing prints until you approve your proof. A submitted order is an offer to buy; our acceptance happens when we send your proof for approval.
Prices are quoted live at the time you configure. If a pricing error is obvious and significant, we will contact you before printing rather than quietly charging or cancelling.
3. Your artwork and your responsibility for it
You keep all rights to your artwork. You grant us only the licence needed to proof, print, and ship your job.
By uploading a file you confirm that you own it or have permission to print it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s copyright or trademark. We may decline any job we believe infringes rights, or that is hateful, deceptive, or illegal. If a third party makes a claim because of something you asked us to print, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.
4. Proofs, and what a proof does and does not catch
Our prepress team fixes bleeds, margins, and resolution problems free, and flags anything that will not print well. A digital proof shows layout, content, and cut lines.
A screen proof cannot show exact colour. Monitors are backlit; paper is not. We match your approved file faithfully, but small colour shifts between screen and print — and between paper stocks — are inherent to printing. If colour accuracy is critical, order a sample first.
Once you approve a proof, that approval covers the content. Typos you approved are, unfortunately, printed typos — though we will always help you sort out a reprint at cost.
5. Turnaround and shipping
Production time starts when you approve your proof, not when you pay, and excludes weekends and holidays. Times shown on product pages are production times — carrier transit is additional and varies by destination.
Shipping is a flat CA$12, free on orders over CA$75. Title and risk pass to you when the carrier takes the parcel, but if something arrives damaged, tell us — see the guarantee below.
We cannot control carrier delays, weather, or customs. Where a delay is our fault, we will make it right.
6. The Love-it-or-it’s-FREE guarantee
If your order arrives with print-quality problems — colour clearly off, crooked cuts, damage, or a mismatch with your approved proof — email us within 30 days and we reprint it free and ship it fast. No photo evidence required, no return shipping, no debate.
The guarantee covers our execution against your approved proof. It does not cover design changes you decide on after approving a proof, or errors that were present in the file you approved. Because every item is printed to your specification, custom-printed orders are not otherwise returnable.
7. Cancellations and changes
Cancel or change your order any time before you approve your proof for a full refund. Once production starts we usually cannot stop it — but tell us immediately and we will do whatever is still possible.
8. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you authorise the charge shown at checkout, including shipping and any applicable taxes. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
9. Limits of our liability
Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — missed events, lost sales, or reprint costs elsewhere. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Acceptable use of this site
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the site. Site content, design, and copy are ours; product photography on this site is illustrative.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
