Table Covers
The difference between “garage sale” and “brand.” Full-print polyester for 6 or 8-foot tables.
Table Covers
Every market, fair and trade show hands you the same thing: a scuffed folding table. What separates the stands that look like businesses from the ones that look like car boot sales is almost never the products — it is whether that table is dressed. A printed cover is the cheapest, most visible upgrade available to anyone selling in person.
These are printed edge to edge on soft polyester using a dye-sublimation process, which means the colour is bonded into the fibre rather than sitting on top of it. Practically: it will not crack, peel or fade, and it machine-washes and comes out fine. The throw drapes loosely over the table and hangs in soft folds, so creases from the tote fall out on their own within minutes. No steaming at 6am.
Choose 6ft or 8ft to match the table you will be given, and choose the back carefully. A 3-sided open-back throw leaves the rear open so you can sit behind the table and stash stock, crates and bags out of sight — the right choice for markets where you work from behind. A 4-sided closed-back throw covers all four sides and looks finished from every angle, which is what you want for island stands or anywhere people walk all the way around.
The design rule nobody tells you: the front drop is the only part anyone sees when the table is loaded with product, so your name belongs there, large, and not on the top surface where a card reader and three displays will cover it. A human checks that before printing.
What people actually print these for
The market stall upgrade
The single highest-impact thing you can buy for a first market. Everything else on the table looks more professional the moment the table itself does.
Hiding your storage
An open-back cover turns the space under the table into a stockroom. Boxes, bags and lunch disappear from the customer’s view entirely.
Trade show island stands
Closed-back on an 8ft table gives you a clean look from all four sides for a fraction of what modular display furniture costs.
Sponsored and community events
A branded cover works just as hard at a school fair or charity day, where being the visibly organised stand is most of the goodwill.
Registration and welcome desks
A covered desk at the entrance sets the tone for a whole event and makes the volunteers behind it look official.
Matching covers for multiple tables
Two or three identical covers turn separate tables into one coherent stand, which is what makes a small brand look established.
