What file do I need? Mine is probably wrong.

It's probably fine. Send a PDF, PNG, or even a Canva share link — our prepress team fixes bleeds, margins, and resolution for free and sends you a proof before anything prints. If a file truly can't work, a human tells you why in plain English.

Is "48 hours" real, or "48 hours" like the cable company?

Real. The 48-hour clock starts when you approve your proof, and it covers printing and handoff to the carrier. Shipping time depends on the service you pick at checkout — most orders arrive within 2–4 days of approval.

Can you ship directly to my 3PL or warehouse?

Yes — it's our favorite thing to do. We ship flat, boxed, and labeled by SKU with your PO number on every carton, so receiving takes minutes. Add your 3PL's address at checkout like any other address.

What are the minimums?

Most products start at 50 pieces. You should be able to test an insert card idea without committing to a garage full of cardboard.

Can I see quality before I order?
